Tolstoi Heritage Centre

The Tolstoi Holy Trinity Church Historical Society Inc. invites you to attend their annual general meeting. It is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Tolstoi Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church.

The meeting will take place outside the church but if the weather is poor we will move the meeting inside. Please bring lawn chairs if you can.

Topics of discussion include recent committee activities and what is being planned for the future. Also, the terms of three directors will have expired and we are looking for individuals who are interested in filling these positions. Directors whose terms are up may also be nominated to another term.

The duties of a director are neither complicated nor difficult. Although there may be periodic meetings, the majority of the work of the society can be done by committee.

Only members may vote at the Annual General Meeting. Anyone interested in becoming a member must complete a form before the meeting begins. Membership is free.

Refreshments will be served at the meeting. Please join us for an hour in the sunshine (hopefully)!
